Market Research & Insight
- Conduct in-depth market research on industrial X-ray and CT inspection equipment, analyze NDT requirements of customers in aerospace, automotive, consumer electronics, power energy and other industries, and output market demand analysis reports and product strategy recommendations.
- Establish customer demand collection mechanisms, continuously track end users' quality control pain points and inspection efficiency bottlenecks through customer visits, exhibition research, industry conferences and other channels, and translate customer needs into clear product technical specifications.
- Monitor competitive dynamics and industry technology trends (e.g., AI-powered defect recognition, AI-assisted reconstruction, in-line inspection, etc.), regularly produce competitive analysis reports, and propose differentiated competitive strategies.
Product Lifecycle Management
- Lead the full-process management of industrial X-ray and CT products from concept definition, development execution, pilot validation to market launch, ensuring clear, measurable and traceable objectives at each stage.
- Develop product roadmaps and version iteration plans, coordinate cross-functional resources including R&D, algorithm and production, and drive new product development projects to be delivered on schedule.
- Establish product lifecycle management (PLM) systems, planning the entire lifecycle from product launch, iterative optimization, cost control to phase-out and discontinuation.
- Monitor user feedback and performance data after product launch, establish closed-loop feedback mechanisms, and drive continuous product improvement.
Cost Control
- Lead the development, evaluation and full-cycle management of key component suppliers (X-ray tubes, detectors, high-voltage generators, motion mechanisms, etc.), building a stable and efficient supply chain system.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to analyze BOM cost structures, develop cost-reduction plans and key component substitution strategies, enhancing product market competitiveness.
- Coordinate with production and quality departments to optimize production scheduling, quality validation processes and delivery management systems, ensuring product delivery quality and efficiency.
Product Promotion & Sales Support
- Develop product launch plans and go-to-market strategies, create sales enablement toolkits (product brochures, technical white papers, demonstration solutions, industry application cases, etc.), and provide technical and product training to sales teams.
- Support key customer pre-sales technical communications, requirement alignment and solution demonstrations, participate in technical specification development for bidding projects and bid response support.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, technical seminars and other marketing activities to enhance product brand influence and market awareness.
Establish product pricing and sales forecasting models, analyze product line gross margin structures and market contribution, providing data support for product pricing and sales strategies.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics or related majors.
- 2+ years of formal product manager working experience, with complete product iteration and project landing experience is preferred.
- Familiar with the whole product lifecycle management process, proficient in writing standardized PRD documents, familiar with office data analysis tools.
- Possess excellent user insight, logical thinking ability and business sensitivity, able to accurately capture user core demands and convert them into feasible product solutions.
- Strong data analysis capability, able to use product data to guide product optimization and decision-making, with clear data thinking and result-oriented awareness.
- Excellent cross-team communication, coordination and project management capabilities, able to efficiently promote project progress and solve complex problems.
- Self-driven, rigorous and careful in work, with strong responsibility, anti-pressure ability and team collaboration spirit.
- Fluent oral and written English is preferred for international business collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Have successful cases of product growth, functional optimization or commercialization improvement, with verifiable data results.
- Familiar with agile development workflow and product project management mode.
- Have in-depth understanding of industry trends and user characteristics of the corresponding product field.
