About the Role

主要职责:

1、根据公司营销员招募计划与目标，制定增员招募计划与达成策略；
2、制定增员选才、增员活动、增员留存的相关规则和流程并实际评估；
3、举办营销员面试和测评活动，组织实施增员推动活动：如寿险事业说明会、增员沙龙活动、区部或营管处增员活动支持等；
4、定期进行营销队伍现状分析，及时追踪营销队伍人力、产能等基本情况，及时推进增员激励及竞赛相关活动，督促公司增员活动的宣导；
5、清楚了解并贯彻执行与自身岗位相关的各项合规要求；
6、及时发现并上报营销员团队及所属区域可能存在的业务品质风险；
7、其他主管安排的工作。

任职基本要求:

1、大学本科以上，金融、管理、保险专业优先；
2、5年以上寿险营销管理工作经验；
3、具备策略规划能力和前瞻力；
4、精通培训、演讲和沟通技巧，能够与相关部门进行有效沟通；
5、具备高度自我激励，能够程压并成功解决问题；
6、具备较强的数据分析能力、项目管理能力；
7、熟练使用办公电脑，擅长使用WORD\PPT\EXCEL等Office 软件。
