Your opportunity at Arc’teryx:

As the Pattern Making Lead, you lead a specialized team of Pattern Makers in the creation of technical and complex patterns from our maker phase through pre-production (approved to counter sample). Your innovative and solutions-focused approach to pattern making ensures that each product you and your team work on meet Arc’teryx design intent, quality, fit, and construction. You demonstrate integrity in your work, lead by example, and provide overall support and coaching to the Pattern Makers.

The work we do behind the scenes supports designers and pattern makers to accomplish go-to-market deliverables.  You will be part of a focused team of pattern makers, product developers, designers, and a cut and sew team that works on creating innovative product. Our team builds strong relationships with cross-functional partners to realize ideas into commercialized successes.
