RAC Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort is situated within the remarkable Shark Bay World Heritage Area in WA's Northwest, alongside the picturesque Francois Peron National Park.

Our resort is internationally renowned for breathtaking beaches and friendly dolphins that visit the bay daily. The resort caters for up to 1,200 guests and offers a range of accommodation options including self-contained villas, hotel-style rooms, and campsites.

We are currently looking for a casual Housekeeping Supervisor (with the possibility to go full-time) to join our team! This role would suit a local or someone looking to relocate from Perth - accommodation and meals are available at a reduced cost allowing the right candidate to live and work on-site.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead our housekeeping team responsible for the cleaning of self-contained chalets, hotel style rooms, caravan park, public areas of the resort and amenities

  • Plan daily room requirements and conduct pre-arrival checks.

  • Ensure adequate supplies of housekeeping inventory and chemicals.

  • Proactively manage guest feedback for continuous improvement on customer service.

  • Train team members.

  • Ensure Health and Safety compliance.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Minimum 6 months' previous experience working in a Housekeeping Supervisor role
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Strong time management skills
  • Computer skills
  • Driver's License is essential
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
