We are currently looking for:

Senior SAP BW Consultant with German
Job location: Remote from Poland / hybrid from Wrocław or Warsaw

You will be part of the team primarily responsible for handling operational issues within extensive BW landscape (BW on Oracle, BW on HANA, BW4HANA). In close interaction with Development teams on the customer side you would participate in taking over of new application, its possible optimizations and error handling.

You will be responsible for:

  • resolution of problems and defects related to ETL as well as Virtual Providers

  • diagnose incident root cause and take corrective as well as preventive actions

  • perform technical analysis and participate on design, development, deployment and testing of reporting solutions within BW/BW4HANA

  • end to end Customer support including configuration, unit testing, integration testing, documentation and communication with various user communities

  • performance optimization of data structures and objects from data load and/or end-user data access response times perspective

  • create best practices, data aggregation strategies, master data definitions, technical documentation and data extract procedures

  • support within BW Reporting frontend area – AfO, Bex, Dashboards, Webi

  • support within BO Data Services-based replication solutions

  • cooperate within customer specific BW Planning activities (in regards to SAP BPC)


We require:

  • minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in SAP BW/BI/BO SAP application support

  • analytical, problem-solving skills

  • excellent written and oral communication skills

  • service-oriented behavior

  • degree or equivalent experience in computer science, computer engineering or related discipline, preferred

  • fluency in English and German both written and spoken
