Job Description:

We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks in the Operations department. You will be part of this team!

What will you do in a day?

  • Support the various administrative tasks that may arise daily in the department.

  • Work as part of the department team to achieve the company’s objectives.

  • Customer service at the customer counter.

  • Contact with customers by phone and email.

  • In summary: you are proactive and organized! You know how to make a difference in your area.

What do we expect from you?

  • Previous experience in similar roles will be valued.

  • Intermediate level (B1) of English (written and spoken) – preferred

  • Completion of 12th grade – preferred

  • Fluency in Portuguese

  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Working hours: 09:00–12:30 and 14:00–17:30, Monday to Friday
