At dentsu, we are looking for a Radio Specialist to join our team in Milan, with the team that manages media planning for Radio and Cinema.
The ideal candidate is a curious, analytical and motivated professional, eager to grow within a dynamic environment and supported by a team of senior experts who will guide them in mastering this field.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

  • Brief analysis: contribute to propose the best radio planning to respond to brief request (communication KPI / budget)

  • Creation of radio rankings: Compile and update radio station rankings using audience listening data (Competitive Arena MCS) to support planning and competitive assessments.

  • Analysis of radio investments: Monitor and evaluate advertising investments on radio (AQX) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.

  • Schedule management: Organize and manage schedules to ensure the correct distribution and implementation of planned activities.

  • Administrative plan management: Support the operational and administrative aspects of radio and cinema advertising plans using ADBOX and other report systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related fields

  • 2+ years of experience in the media industry (radio, cinema, media planning, or similar) considered a plus

  • Good Knowledge of English, both written and spoken

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

  • Curiosity, analytical mindset, and willingness to learn within a structured but dynamic environment
