This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist, Global Service Providers, International
The Sales Enablement Specialist role reports to the Director of Partner Enablement, based in Colorado, Unites States, and will be part of a Manila-based Enablement team. This role supports our Global Service Providers business. The ideal candidate will deliver professional enablement documentation on product, sales, and systems. The Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for maintaining customized partner content, attending to product updates
Onboarding and Training Materials. Focused on providing sales, systems, and product knowledge to new and existing partners.
Gap Analysis and Skills Improvement. Review, analyze, identify gaps and challenges, then create a strategy and execute to improve the current programs of Sales organization and overall business.
The Specialist is expected to set enablement standards, measure and report on results of all enablement initiatives. Meet with different leaders within the business, identify gaps, and confidently make recommendations to improve the business.
Collaboration and Communication. Effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization, and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds. Establish and maintain favorable relationships with stakeholders, learners, and management. Be confident in holding strategic conversations with managers, directors, and VPs. Work closely with peers, helping to improve, unify, and create consistency in content. Provide support to peers and help ensure team motivation and culture is preserved at all times. Be confident in holding strategic conversations with managers, directors, and VPs.
Compliance. Comply with established ethical, moral, legal, and Company standards.
To succeed in this role you must have the following:
1-3 years of related Sales Enablement, training development or technical writing experience, in any industry. Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) a plus.
With experience in program or course content development, instructional design, stakeholder communication and technical documentation
Resourceful self-starter, ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Collaborative team player, with the ability to work across functions with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goals.
Desired Qualifications:
Presentation skills - effectively structure training modules, communicate ideas clearly and can easily connect with the audience as required
International business experience and understanding of varied cultural considerations, particularly in the Americas.
Integrity - high degree of confidentiality to manage sensitive and privileged information
Communication Skills - high level of written and verbal communication skills in English.
Analytical Skills - Solid proficiency in MS Office suite especially Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, Google Docs (Slides, Docs), very keen on details and ability to stay organized through version control
Intra and Interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaborate with other departments
Experience using AI software to increase efficiency in materials development
Willing to work on night shift (11:00 pm - 8:00 am)
Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, in our Cubao or Ortigas location)
