Job Description:

Responsible for lead duties, new staff training and monitoring for quality assurance while utilizing technical, interpersonal and critical thinking skills under the guidance and support of a supervisor ensuring approved Company policies, procedures and standards are adhered in order to maintain the highest level of housekeeping while still performing the duties of EVS attendant.

Job Responsibilities

  • Interacts effectively with the public and Team Members. Performs excellent customer service at all time.

  • May be responsible for distributing keys and supplies to the EVS employees on assigned shift may communicate assigned areas and special projects to EVS employees on assigned shift Makes sure equipment is signed out/in properly at beginning and end of shift, and ensures the proper use of supplies and equipment/ radios with proper count at the end of every shift at all times.

  • Continuously monitors all EVS operations to ensure employees are in their assigned areas. Checks to make sure the project people have proper supplies and equipment to complete the job.

  • Assists in the training of proper chemicals handling procedures in accordance to Safety Data Sheets and maintains up to date knowledge of SDS.

  • Maintains all work areas and ensures EVS equipment is free of safety violations. Reports any hazardous conditions or broken equipment immediately to Shift Manager.

  • Responsible for employees complying with established safety precautions when using equipment and supplies.

  • Make recommendations and suggestions to hire, promote, reward, and evaluate, EVS employees on assigned shift.

  • Assists in performing EVS duties as required

  • May be used as an usher as needed by management for events.

  • Performs any reasonable request made by management.

Job requirements

High School diploma or GED required; two years EVS/Housekeeping experience, and /or one year Lead experience preferred or Equivalent combination of education and progressive and relevant direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational/experience requirements.
