In this role as Supervisor Stations Engineering, the focus is to deliver the Station's designs, and Operations Technical Support for Enbridge’s gas distribution within the Northern and Eastern Regions, and Storage and Transmission Stations. What You Will Do:

• Accountable for delivering safe, reliable, and cost-effective mechanical station designs in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Responsible for a timely response to emergencies, safety incidents and investigations, and operations support.
• Provide project management and organizational support for capital station projects by ensuring project designs are delivered on time, managing resource requirements, and engaging external consultants.
• Assigned as Lead for the development and management of Station Engineering Content Management activities. Activities involve tracking of the content management program, coordination the creation and revision of Engineering documentation, provide technical approval, and build and maintain strong team relationships with various key internal partners.
• Maintain and build upon strong positive relations between the Stations Engineering group and different stakeholders

Who You Are:

• A university degree in Engineering/Applied Science with Seven (7)+ years of hands on in mechanical engineering design, engineering design standards and operations, maintenance procedures development, frontline operations technical support, or commissioning engineering.
• P. Eng designation in Ontario or within Canadian jurisdiction.
• Strong understanding of the natural gas industry, including knowledge and application of CSA Z662, and other codes and standards related to gas transmission and distribution systems.
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in promoting teamwork, gap analysis, and solutions delivery.
• Role requires a valid class “G” driver’s license, which will be verified with a driver’s abstract check prior to hire

• This is primarily an office-based role with occasional travel (<10% of time) within Ontario.
