We are currently seeking experienced SAP Senior Fieldglass Consultants for a long-term support project.

• Office locations: Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Gdansk, flexible work model

• International enterprise clients (aerospace industry)

You will be part of the SAP HR team providing support and maintenance activities to one of DXC’s Clients. On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to support and enhance business critical SAP systems, particularly within the scope of the SAP Fieldglass, which is part of solution interacting with SAP and non-SAP systems.  

Key Responsibilities

• Bring functional knowledge & experience in the SAP Fieldglass

• Analyze business requirements and deliver solutions (workarounds, fixes etc.) to user-raised support tickets (Incident Management) 

• Assess, design and implement (create concepts, configure, test etc.) user-requested Changes (Change Management) 

• Handle other relevant tasks within the scope of SAP support service for the client

• Collaborate with international stakeholders and project teams

Experience Required

• Senior SAP consultant with 5+ years of experience in SAP

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Fieldglass core modules and master data

• Very good process understanding for business processes in the areas of Workforce Management, integration with SAP Success Factors and non-SAP systems

• Experience in working in multinational SAP support teams, providing services to large and demanding client(s)

• Good “Consulting” skills – presentation and client facing skills. 

• Ability to understand client requirements and advise them on the best SAP solutions

• Experience/Knowledge across numerous industry sectors

• Mentoring and coaching more junior members of the HR Team

• Good communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills

• Team Player and ability to be flexible and adaptable

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and problem solver
