About this Team:

Team is part of Data center engineer and CI support dedicated for FIS Gen3 infrastructure which involves the ACI, Automation, virtualization.

What he will be doing:

• Resource will be part of the team and working on the project involving majorly ACI, Automation and perform the network changes and troubleshooting as needed.

• Performs device configurations, IOS upgrades and deploys network devices including routers, switches, ACI using manual and automated menthod.

• Follows documented network services processes and procedures – identifies gaps in processes or documentation and suggests improvements.

• Monitors, responds, and provides resolution for all network problem and incident tickets.

• Utilizing Service Now for both Incident & change management along with documenting status updates and problem resolutions.

• Troubleshoots network problems and recommends corrective procedures; assists with troubleshooting circuit equipment and all other network issues.

• Identifies opportunities to improve workflow and creates supporting documentation for review by peers and management.

What he needs to have:

Resource needs to have 6-10 Years of experience with below skills to perform the duties.

• ACI - Switch installation and configuration, Multiped, Multisite, ACI greenfield deployment, L2 & L3 fabric, L2 & L3 out, EPG, bridge domain, UCS knowledge is a plus.

• ACI – Fabric, Access Policies, VMM, Tenant policies, Analyze packet flow (Unicast, multicast & broadcast)

• Overlay protocols - VXLAN, EVPN

• Virtualization – Knowledge of VMware vCenter, VDC, VRF Standard, VXLAN EVPN Tenant

• Nexus Dashboard understand and configuration knowledge.

• Automation - Git, Visio studio, Python, Ansible, JSON skills. 

• Cisco, Juniper Routing & switching

• Routing protocols - OSPFV2, OSPF V3, BGP, MP-BGP, PIM Multicast, FHRP (HSRP, VRRP)

• Switching - Trunks, Vlan tags, RSTP+, LACP, vPC, , FEXes

Education Requirements:  

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
