Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Receiving Implementation Manager – Infrastructure Services (T&T) to support the transition, implementation, and operation of infrastructure services within enterprise environments. This role plays a key part in ensuring successful onboarding of services, operational stability, and alignment with business and technology transformation objectives.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in infrastructure service management, implementation, and transition activities, combined with the ability to collaborate across teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management and operation of infrastructure services, ensuring stability and service continuity during and after implementation.
  • Contribute to the execution of infrastructure strategies, projects, and onboarding (receiving) activities within T&T programs.
  • Maintain and monitor performance, availability, and reliability of infrastructure systems, addressing issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand infrastructure requirements and support solution implementation.
  • Participate in the adoption of best practices, operational standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of infrastructure documentation, including policies, procedures, and transition materials.
  • Support resource optimization and allocation for infrastructure-related projects and tasks.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination across teams during implementation and operational phases.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 6+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role (implementation, transition, or infrastructure management).
  • Proven experience in infrastructure services, implementation, and/or transition environments.
  • Strong technical understanding of infrastructure systems (on-premises, cloud, or hybrid).
  • Demonstrated ability to work in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across stakeholders.
  • Continuous learner with knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a related field (a plus).
  • Relevant certifications such as:
    • CompTIA A+
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
    • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
  • Experience in Technology & Transformation (T&T) programs or service onboarding processes.
