The Executive Assistant to the Vice President (VP) of Student Affairs provides essential support to the Vice President and the Office of the Vice President in all division operations. This position is responsible for conducting research, preparing data reports, making recommendations based on research findings, and managing various administrative functions. The role involves assisting with project coordination, budget administration, and delivering superior customer service. The Executive Assistant also plays a key role in managing confidential communications, supporting the emergency loan process for students, and collaborating with other staff across departments. Position is also responsible for coordinating Student Affairs events with both internal and external stakeholders. This position is governed by state and federal laws and institutional policies.Essential Duties
Rate of Pay $19.76 dollars per hour
