We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to help scale and optimize our go-to-market engine at Intapp. This role is a strategic partner to sales leadership, responsible for building and refining processes, managing systems and tools, and providing data-driven insights that drive revenue growth and improve rep productivity.

What you will do:
Sales Strategy & Planning
Partner with sales leadership on forecasting, territory design, and quota setting
Monitor pipeline health and funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities
Lead annual planning processes, including headcount modeling and capacity planning
Process & Workflow Optimization
Design and implement scalable, efficient sales processes across the buyer journey
Optimize lead routing, opportunity management, and deal progression workflows
Ensure operational alignment between SDR, AE, and post-sale teams
CRM & Tools Management
Own day-to-day administration and optimization of the CRM system
Evaluate, implement, and integrate sales tech stack tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, Clari, ZoomInfo)
Ensure high data integrity and compliance across systems
Performance Reporting & Insights
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key KPIs (e.g., ARR, CAC, conversion rates)
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to sales and executive leadership
Support QBRs, board reporting, and other performance reviews
Enablement & Support
Partner with Enablement and Marketing to support onboarding, playbooks, and training
Provide tooling and process support that enables reps to focus on selling
Help define and track success metrics for enablement programs
What you will need:
4+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, ideally at a SaaS company
Strong command of Salesforce; experience with SaaS GTM tools (e.g., Clari, LeanData, Looker, HubSpot, Chili Piper)
Deep understanding of SaaS sales metrics and subscription business models (ARR, NRR, CAC, etc.)
Strong analytical skills; fluent in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
