About the role:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and priorities.
• Development and testing of automation scripts.
• Provide Support to clients for implemented automations and ensure timely resolution.

About the team: 

• This is an automation team which develops and supports automation requests raised by CX team.
• The automations are related to health checks and functional checks for different products which are supported by Capital Market CX teams.
• We also provide automations for building reports and streamlining ticket processes.
• Our role requirements range from understanding the requirements, find a best fit solution, develop, test and implement the solution and provide support for same.
• Collaborate with other COE’s to understand if they have similar requests and reuse of components.

What you will be doing:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and priorities.
• Development and testing of automation scripts.
• Writing code for new features and maintaining existing features.
• Unit Testing: Testing their code to ensure it meets quality standards before integration.
• Provide Support to clients for implemented automations and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure timely resolution for issues raised
• Liaise with CX product owners/ team and understand requirement clearly.

What you will need:

• Candidate should have worked on a development related project during college or as part of any internship.
• Hands on knowledge of SQL and python or any other scripting language.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude to learn quickly.
• Good communication skills written and verbal.
• Well versed with testing and coding standards.

Added bonus if you have:

• Basic knowledge of Gen AI/ML will be an advantage.
