Dynetics, a Leidos company, is seeking a talented Classified Material Control Manager to lead a diverse team of Security professionals who create unique solutions for complex problems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense solutions, space, cyber and commercial fields, Leidos provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT.

Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting in the implementation of the industrial security program and ensuring company and customer security requirements are met, the successful candidate will be self-motivated and with minimal direction can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.  Specific duties include:
-Interfacing with all levels of Leidos and government management personnel to ensure security compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual and Contract Security Classification Specification (DD 254).
-Working and leading a team in a high pace/dynamic environment.
-Administering day-to-day classified material management, assist in the maintenance of Security Information Management System (SIMS) database, 
-Conducting self-inspections, classified material inventory, and implementing security measures to meet requirements.
-Responsible for supporting, implementing, and providing guidance to customers and management on security matters pertaining to classified inventory and document control.
-Drafting, reviewing, and maintain stand operating procedures pertaining to classified material 
-High standards of professionalism are essential, as well as the ability to operate under minimal supervision

Basic Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
-US citizenship currently possessing an active Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance
-Knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual

Pay Range:

Pay Range $78,000.00 - $141,000.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
