Valeo Service Eastern Europe is a commercial and service company operating in the 11 countries of Central and Eastern Europe belonging to the Valeo Group. It offers a range of 30,000 product items adapted to the profile of a car park in a given country. The company has its headquarters in Warsaw and a warehouse near Łódź, employing a total of over 80 people.
Currently for our entity Valeo Service Eastern Europe in Warsaw we recruit Logistic Flows Analyst:
YOUR CHALLENGES:
Coordinating, monitoring, and streamlining the flow of goods for both warehouse deliveries and direct customer shipments.
Monitoring and improving efficiency in terms of service and cost for incoming and outgoing transport.
Analyzing and optimizing stock management processes to ensure optimal levels that meet customer service needs and financial targets.
Coordinating the SOP/MPS process by ensuring effective communication and data exchange with all participants.
Monitoring, analyzing, and reducing logistics costs.
Participating in supply chain optimization projects.
JOIN OUR TEAM IF YOU HAVE:
Experience in a similar position will be an asset.
A degree or ongoing studies in Logistics, Foreign Trade, Economics, or a related field.
Fluent proficiency in both English and Polish.
Expertise in SAP ERP and SAP WMS (highly desirable).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (upper intermediate to expert level).
Strong communication skills, independence, and excellent organizational abilities.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team.
