Position Purpose:

Leads our efforts in accessibility training and development and ensures that the digital organization and all teams have easy-to-use guidelines and tools to shift-left accessibility compliance.
Works with cross-functional teams to create a strong organizational culture and capability for delivering accessible products and services. Serve as an advocate for users and customers of all abilities.
Create and maintain standards, guidelines, checklists, learning curricula, and consulting for digital accessibility.
Design, develop, and implement comprehensive accessibility training programs tailored to different audiences within the organization.
Provide accessibility consulting and support to teams and individuals as needed.
Create and update accessibility training materials, including presentations, etc.
Gather feedback from participants and make continuous improvements to accessibility training content and delivery methods.
Conduct accessibility training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at various levels of the organization.
Ensure training programs align with current accessibility standards, laws, and best practices.
Stay current with changes in accessibility regulations and guidelines.
Prepare and present reports on training outcomes, accessibility improvements, and program effectiveness.
Works actively to train team on accessibility including curriculum development, live training, and consultation.
Champions accessibility and inclusive design throughout the organization to raise awareness, understanding, and empathy.
Performs other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of related experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
