About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Manager to own and grow our strategic asset finance relationships. This role is accountable for revenue growth, client satisfaction, and long-term account strategy across these complex, global financial institutions. The role will focus predominantly on expanding existing relationships, identifying new use cases, and driving platform adoption, while also pursuing opportunistic new logo acquisition where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own global client relationships acting as the primary commercial point of contact.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies, driving increased product adoption and expansion opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the asset finance lifecycle (origination, servicing, risk, and portfolio management).
  • Engage senior client stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and align FIS solutions accordingly.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders across sales, product, delivery, and customer success to ensure seamless client execution.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and client activity via CRM, ensuring accurate reporting and governance.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics relevant to large asset finance institutions.
  • Promote the full capabilities of FIS Asset Finance solutions, including automation, compliance, and business intelligence tools.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience managing large, tier-one financial services clients within asset finance, leasing, or lending technology.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing complex, multi-region accounts.
  • Experience working with global OEM captives and bank-owned asset finance businesses.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including C-suite and executive-level engagement.
  • A consultative, relationship-led approach with strong negotiation capability.
