As the Senior Manager, Compensation and Benefits, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organizations global total rewards strategy, while also managing the day-to-day execution of compensation and benefit programs. This role requires a dynamic individual who is comfortable working at both a high-level developing long-term strategies, and at a tactical level, ensuring seamless implementation in a fast paced evolving environment. The ideal candidate will excel at moving between strategic planning and hand-on operational tasks.

This permanent position will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, Legal and Leadership, to ensure alignment and integration of compensation practices. In addition, this role will partner with the executive management team to provide insight and recommendations that support the company's growth objectives, including in the context of business transformations such as an IPO or mergers and acquisitions.

Here’s how you’ll contribute:

  • Lead the design and execution of the Global Compensation and Benefits strategy to ensure alignment with the organization's goals, whilst maintaining compliance with local regulations across all relevant countries.
  • Oversee the global annual compensation review process, including salary increases, promotions, and performance-based adjustments ensuring equitable and consistent application across regions and adhering to budgetary requirements.
  • Manage and optimize the global phantom stock option program, ensuring effective administration, compliance and alignment with company growth objectives during the pre-IPO phase. Collaborate with executive leadership to design and implement a transition strategy for equity programs as the company prepares for an IPO.
  • Maintain and evolve our global job leveling framework and salary banding structure, ensuring roles are consistently evaluated and compensated based on internal equity, external market competitiveness and organizational hierarchy.
  • Support the development and management of global mobility programmes including expatriate compensation, relocation benefits and cost of living adjustments to support talent movement across regions.
  • Provide compensation and benefits support through significant business events such as mergers and acquisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with global and local labor laws, tax regulations and reporting requirements, managing audits and regulatory filings as needed.
