At Iron Mountain, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Desktop Mac Engineering Systems Engineer to join our Information Technology team.
As our Systems Engineer, you will:
Security and Vulnerability Management: Lead the proactive patching and vulnerability management across all Mac and iOS devices to meet company security Service requirements.
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
Required Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years as a Systems Engineer and 2-3 years as a Support Engineer.
Large Fleet Experience: Deep understanding and practical experience managing a large fleet (1000+ Macs) using a modern MDM solution (e.g., Kandji, Jamf Pro, Workspace ONE).
Key Technical Skills: Scripting skills (Bash, Zsh, and/or Python) , and expert knowledge of macOS, Managed Apple IDs, and endpoint security.
Problem solver
Education/Communication: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and excellent written & oral communication in English and local languages.
