Senior Field Service Technician | Findlay, OH

If you’re a hands-on technician who enjoys working with tools, solving mechanical issues, and supporting customers in the field, this role was built for you.

As a Senior Field Service Technician, you’ll work on pumps and equipment, performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to keep systems running safely and efficiently.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Perform field service work including maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of pumps and equipment
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to complete repairs
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues and equipment failures
  • Support installation, setup, and start-up of equipment at customer sites
  • Identify equipment damage and determine corrective actions
  • Work directly with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain a safe work environment and follow safety procedures
  • Support electrical troubleshooting when needed

You’ll be in the field working on real equipment and solving real problems. Your ability to quickly diagnose and repair issues keeps customer operations running and minimizes downtime.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience as a Service Technician, Field Service Technician, or similar hands-on role
  • Strong mechanical skills and experience working with tools
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial or mechanical equipment
  • Experience working independently in the field
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Electrical experience is a plus (motors, control panels, basic troubleshooting)
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills
