This Position reports to:

Your Role: Own the Challenge
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the defined energy efficiency and digital sales strategy within your assigned market scope, strengthening ABB’s market penetration while helping customers achieve their sustainability and cost‑reduction goals. You will execute initiatives that combine digitalization and energy optimization—including high‑efficiency motors, variable speed drives, and digital monitoring solutions—to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets. Your contribution will support sustainable growth in orders, revenue, margins, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will also play a key role in expanding ABB’s energy efficiency and digital customer base.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Motion Service Division (MOSE) in Méxco. Main stakeholders are industrial customers, sustainability leaders, internal service teams, and global product management.
