 The Role 

We’re looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Sr.Specialist to join our European Market Services (EMS) finance team, reporting to Sr. Director - Financial Planning & Analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting EMS P&L management and reporting, planning, and analysis processes, providing insight and transparency of revenue and expenses to business leaders. You will lead financial analysis in support of EMS strategic priorities, including analysis of various products and business initiatives. You will be a significant contributor to the Finance Team’s strategy and improvement of work procedures and processes.

What You’ll Do 

  • Manage the full product P&L, including allocated expenses, supporting business heads with analysis of revenue, cost baselines, resource planning, and project cost. 

  • Lead the forecasting and budgeting process for revenue, expenses, and headcount. Perform variance analysis to support business decisions. 

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports including commentary, supporting business planning and performance control across the organization. 

  • Participate in monthly accounting close, forecasting, and budgeting activities to help drive strategic decisionmaking. 

  • Build and maintain business cases and financial models for new investments and initiatives, and support the development, tracking, and maintenance of management reporting. 
     

What You’ll Bring 

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. 

  • Proven experience in finance, accounting, project accounting, management consulting, or a similar field. 

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and commonly used financial controlling methods and models. 

  • Solid financial knowledge, including cost, revenue, and cashflow impacts of business activities, with excellent written and spoken English skills. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, OneStream, and/or other relevant IT tools (is a plus), along with strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to challenge and influence when needed.
