Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software delivery process. You engage in planning activities that integrate various components of the development ecosystem, ensuring seamless coordination across different disciplines. Your role includes executing continuous testing cycles focused on multiple aspects such as security and application programming interfaces, while also maintaining and evolving automated testing frameworks. You actively participate in reviewing code and tracking issues, contributing to the ongoing refinement of testing procedures and overall product quality throughout the software lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals and timelines.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support testing processes and automation frameworks.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and scripting languages related to Selenium.
- Experience in designing and implementing test automation strategies for web applications.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues within automated test suites and provide timely resolutions.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
