Finance & Accounting - Finance & AccountingThe Retirement Strategies FAC P&A team is responsible for all forecasting, driver analysis, GAAP and STAT financial analysis as well as the production of management reporting materials and analytics. We provide insight into the business’ financial performance and support business decision making, at the Business Unit as well as Corporate level. Our team develops expertise in FP&A, data analytics, financial statement analysis, management reporting and learn business strategy, and product and channel fundamentals of the Retirement Strategies business lines.
The Manager, Retirement Strategies Planning & Analysis will be focused on the Individual Retirement Strategies Management Reporting. The open role will join a team of high caliber associates and will report to and partner closely with the Director on the team. This role supports senior management and other business partners in measuring and evaluating the financial performance of the business, data analytics, analysis of key business drivers, assessing the potential impact of opportunities and risks, management reporting of financial results, evaluating strategic initiatives, and have a role in the forecasting of the income statement and balance sheet under various scenarios.

The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis in our Newark, NJ. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
