The Graco Contractor Division is a leading supplier of fluid handling equipment for professional painters and contractors, offering innovative solutions that improve productivity, finish quality and jobsite efficiency.

The end user converter will increase the brand awareness and market share of Graco Contractor equipment in Belgium by working directly with distributors, professional painters and painting contractors. He/she will convert end users from competitive equipment to Graco solutions through intensive demonstration, training, trial and merchandising activities throughout the region. The end user converter works closely with local distributors and paint stores to create demand and support sales growth. He/she will be working from your home office.

What You Will Do at Graco 

• Promote Graco Contractor products directly to professional painters and painting contractors through demonstrations, trials, training and end user events.
• Visit end users on a regular basis to identify opportunities, understand application challenges and recommend Graco solutions.
• Convert competitive users to Graco equipment by demonstrating productivity, quality and performance benefits.
• Represent GRACO at painter meetings, trade shows, paint store events and distributor shows to explain and demonstrate features and benefits of Contractor products.
• Work closely with distributors and paint stores to generate end user demand and support sales growth within the territory.
• Provide thorough, timely, hands-on training for professional painters, paint store personnel and distributor sales personnel in the operation and basic troubleshooting of Contractor equipment.
• Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of Contractor equipment, accessories and coating applications.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, demonstrations, opportunities and competitive activities.
• Provide market feedback regarding customer requirements, competitive products and growth opportunities.

What You Will Bring to Graco  

• Technical or commercial degree.
• You must have good commercial ability and awareness combined with a hands-on mentality and be able to work with application materials (paint and related products). Good business knowledge with self-discipline.
• You are available for travel
• Fluent in Dutch, Good command of English, and conversational French
• Valid driver’s license.
