We are looking for a Contract Recruiter to support our influx in hiring due to exciting growth at Virta, working on roles across multiple teams including Intake Nurses, Member Support, Enrollment, Clinical, Coaching, Commercial, and more! This is a high volume recruiting role focused on hiring full-time and part-time positions. You may also assist with other searches as needed.

Our ideal Recruiter has experience in full-cycle recruiting, ensuring candidate experience is top of mind while also delivering excellent internal client satisfaction. You should enjoy taking a proactive approach to recruiting and have a constant pipeline of strong candidates to be able to meet business needs. This role is a 6-month contract and has the opportunity to get extended. 

Responsibilities

  • Connect with Hiring Managers to align on role responsibilities and key skills  

  • Creatively source and develop a strong pipeline of candidates through application review and creative sourcing techniques (including using LinkedIn Recruiter) 

  • Conduct a high volume of recruiter screens and manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to hire

  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the recruitment process

  • Ensure that each candidate has an unrivaled, positive and memorable experience from start to finish

  • Regularly track and analyze pipeline and performance data to share with internal stakeholders

Must-Haves

  • 2+ years of full cycle recruiting in a high-growth environment

  • 1+ years experience with high volume recruiting and meeting large hiring goals

  • Experience using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems to identify and engage passive, qualified candidates (we use LinkedIn Recruiter and Ashby)

  • Goes above and beyond to deliver amazing candidate experience

  • Ability to build strong internal relationships with internal business partners

  • Track record of building pipelines of high quality candidates

  • Ability to deliver interview feedback in empathetic manner

Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. For this role, the hourly rate is $40 per hour.  Information about Virta’s benefits is on our careers page at: https://www.virtahealth.com/careers
