Guest Experience Specialist / Security Admin

Summary

The Guest Experience Specialist / Security Administrator is the welcoming face of Analog Devices at the Limerick campus, supporting a high-volume manufacturing environment with a diverse mix of employees, contractors, and international visitors. This role is critical in ensuring a professional, secure, and efficient front-of-house operation while enhancing the overall employee and visitor experience.

Operating at the intersection of Security, Facilities, and business operations, this role plays a key part in maintaining site integrity, supporting compliance requirements, and enabling smooth day-to-day operations across the campus.

Roles & Responsibilities

Front of House & Visitor Management

  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, contractors, and new hires arriving onsite

  • Manage visitor registration, badge issuance, and check-in/check-out processes in line with ADI security protocols

  • Ensure all visitors comply with site access, safety, and export control requirements

  • Liaise with hosts to ensure timely collection and a positive visitor experience

  • Maintain accurate records of site visitors for compliance and audit purposes

Security & Compliance Support

  • Support site security operations including badge administration, access queries, and liaising with Global Security Systems Team on faults/ updates.

  • Assist in enforcing site access control policies and escalate any anomalies or concerns

  • Coordinate with Security leadership on audits, reporting, and incident follow-ups

  • Ensure GDPR-compliant handling of personal data related to visitors and employees – e.g.: ADEF, Export Compliance, etc

  • Minor security incident investigations and triaging/ escalation to Facilities Security Manager.

  • Support with security requests from EMEA region.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide administrative support to Site Security and Facilities teams (reports, scheduling, documentation)

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, visitor logistics, and site-related requests

  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing queries appropriately

  • Support coordination of site services such as taxis, couriers, post room and deliveries.

Employee & Visitor Support

The role acts as a central coordination point for both employees and visitors, ensuring a seamless and professional onsite experience:

  • Visitors:

    • Provide a structured, professional arrival experience aligned with ADI standards

    • Support international visitors with navigation, logistics, and local assistance

    • Ensure minimal waiting time and clear communication throughout their visit

  • Employees:

    • Provide daily support on access issues, badge queries, and general site information

    • Assist with onboarding processes (badges, access setup, orientation coordination)

    • Act as a reliable point of contact for Facilities and Security-related queries

    • Support site-wide initiatives (events, communications, operational changes)

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  • Ability to multitask and operate efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Technical & Operational Knowledge

  • Familiarity with access control systems (e.g. CCURE, Genetec) or similar platforms

  • Understanding of site security principles, visitor management, and compliance requirements

  • Working knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
