The Finance Analyst – Controllership Operations will provide critical support for the financial and operational functions of various enabling functions across the organization. The primary objective of this role is to ensure that all departmental expenditures are accurately recorded, classified, analyzed, and reported in accordance with established accounting principles and internal company policies. This role supports real estate-related operational processes, and prior experience in real estate accounting will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
●    Invoice and Expense Management
○    Oversee end-to-end processing of vendor invoices and staff reimbursements.
○    Maintain and update cost trackers to ensure accurate expense allocation across departments and cost centers.
○    Ensure timely processing of payments and creation of purchase orders by liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
○    Verify supporting documentation and resolve any discrepancies.


●    Reporting & Financial Analysis
○    Prepare and maintain recurring reports and operational schedules, including:
■    Expenditure tracking logs
■    Tax and operational schedules
■    Internal reports for monthly and quarterly reviews
○    Perform variance analysis and assist with cost review processes to support informed decision-making.
●    Month-End Close Support
○    Prepare journal entries including accruals and prepayments.
○    Reconcile accounts and support the monthly close process with detailed reviews of department-level costs.
○    Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data.
●    Compliance & Controls
○    Ensure all financial activities are compliant with internal policies and external accounting standards.
○    Maintain documentation and audit trails for operational and financial transactions.
●    Process Improvement & Collaboration
○    Identify and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency.
○    Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across global locations.

Qualifications & Skills
●    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
●    Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial analysis, or operations.
●    Solid understanding of core accounting principles and ability to handle complex transactions.
●    Strong knowledge of accounting ledgers and general ledger structures.
●    Prior experience in real estate accounting or supporting real estate processes will be an added advantage.
●    Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
●    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
●    Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
●    Experience with ERP systems (Workday preferred).
●    Proven ability to manage large data sets and perform multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
●    Willingness to work night shifts to support international operations.
●    Team-oriented with a proactive and collaborative work style.
