Responsibilities:
Strategic Performance Insights: Lead the end-to-end analysis of sales and product performance across all segments and regions to identify growth levers.
Sales Architecture & Logic: Design sophisticated lead development frameworks and review logic to maximize conversion and customer lifetime value.
Performance Diagnostics: Spearhead the diagnosis of underperforming units, architecting data-driven interventions and remedial strategies.
Strategic Refinement: Translate complex data sets into actionable insights to refine product propositions and provider partnership strategies.
Governance of Momentum Forums: Own and facilitate high-stakes "Momentum Reviews" and "Clinics," ensuring leadership alignment on performance trajectories.
Campaign & Engagement Oversight: Evaluate the ROI and sustainability of sales campaigns, ensuring all engagement measures align with long-term commercial goals.
Strategy Execution: Ensure the seamless integration of sales model assessments into daily branch operations and regional workflows.
Cross-Functional Optimization: Collaborate with product and channel owners to harmonize provider strategies with organizational sales targets.
Sustainability & Risk Assessment: Continuously evaluate the long-term viability of the current sales model against market shifts and regulatory standards.
Standardization of Reporting: Establish organizational benchmarks through high-impact performance dashboards and executive-level reporting packs.
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Banking/Investment/Finance/Economics or a related field.
Pre Contract Exam (PCE), CEILI and Takaful Basic Exam (TBE) certification would be advantageous though not mandatory.
Min 10 years of relevant experience in financial/investment field.
Working in life or general insurance product roles with technical product knowledge and involved product development process.
Working with Bank channels with combination of people engagement and marketing strategies.
Strong interpersonal skills- Personable, approachable, collaborative.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Good analytical skills.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
