Overview:

This is a strong MuleSoft Developer role, reporting to the Data& Analytics leader is to create API’s to enable our ERP and Pillar applications to interact together. Partner with our Data architecture team to build the right architecture, Standardized, streamlined and Robust which will take in account the diversity of solutions and the various level of IT local expertise in a consistent way. Ensuring our interoperability area is secured and monitored efficiently to figure out who is consuming what and when.

Responsible to gather the need in this area, he/she will plan, coordinate, and manage activities related to the integration of data across various sources into an organized and unified view. Proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of integration best practices are critical to successful performance in this role.

This role requires to communicate with other IT teams and Business functions.

Essential Responsibilities:

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate with BI, MDM, Data engineering teams to establish overarching strategies, service-oriented architecture, API architecture etc.,

  • API implementations integration, deployment of API management platforms and API Security including OAuth.

  • Develop RAML and WSDL

  • Troubleshooting API failures 1way and 2way SSL implementation.

  • Onboarding API Clients using Edge developer portal and maintenance of developer portal.

  • Good understanding of XML/JSON Web Service technologies (SOAP and REST)

  • Deep knowledge of integration and API technology as Apache Camel, SOA Architecture, Jboss Fuse, Enterprise integration patterns, Webservices and Message Queuing

  • Work with cross-functional teams and IT teams to gather their need.

  • Ensure that integration projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.

  • Ensure that integration planning and practices are aligned with strategic business goals and the company’s overall strategic vision.

  • Develop standards and processes to support and facilitate integration projects and initiatives.

  • Revise DI architectures when required to be compatible with changing business needs, IT Risk & security policies and service level agreements (SLA).

  • Research on emerging DI products, languages, and standards in support of procurement, development, security, and integration efforts in relation to the Cloud, BI, and big data management

  •  Work diligently to enhance or improve business processes via integration, or, as necessary, minimize the impact of integration on those processes.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or Engineering from an accredited college or university

  • Overall, 5+Years of Professional experience in Information Technology including experience in data integration and data warehouse projects

  • Direct, hands-on experience with Mulesoft, GitLab, Cora Java and Informatica.

  • Strong SQL in Oracle, SQL Server and Hive.

  • Strong working experience with the 3-layered approach to APIs in an API-led architecture

  • Proven experience in overseeing the linking of cross-functional databases between disparate business units and systems.

  • Good understanding of XML/JSON Web Service technologies (SOAP and REST)

  • Deep knowledge of API Management.

  • Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping and methodology development, and data mapping.

  • Experience creating end-to-end  API’s management.

  • Experience with APIs and SOA architectures

  • Exposure to Cloud DI and management is a plus
