Job Description:

Job purpose: Lead the Hydraulic (HYD) business growth by managing New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from design concept through prototype build to mass production. This role ensures seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive material cost reduction, optimize product launch efficiency, and meet quality and cost commitments to exceed customer expectations. Additionally, the position will spearhead the digital transformation of hydraulic manufacturing operations.

Job duties:

Assignments as below are included but not be restricted to the following items.

• Lead NPI team to manage NPI projects from GW3 to GW6 including project planning, timeline development, resource allocation and milestone tracking to ensure projects on-time & on-budget product launch.
• Lead NPI team to collaborate with engineering, EVC and CCMC cross-functional team to make NPI product on the ground delivery including material development, robust manufacturing process set-up, product PIPO and quality & cost commitment to customers.
• Working with EVC, Engineering teams and RISM team to drive hydraulic product material cost reduction to support hydraulic strategy.
• Leading hydraulic facility digitalization transformation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering and manufacturing engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in NPI technical management, process development, and digitalization projects.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (PMO planning)
• Excellent cross-functional communication and leadership skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and align diverse teams toward common goals.
• Development experience on Power BI, Apps dealing with business data analytics.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement innovative solutions under tight timelines.

Additional information

• The position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
