Filmhub is looking for a curious and driven professional to join our licensing sales team! You'll work with streaming and broadcast channels to get titles licensed, collaborating with acquisitions and content operations teams.

No prior film knowledge? No problem—we’ll teach you! What matters most is your ability to combine messaging with analytical thinking in a process-driven, team-oriented environment.

What big questions will I answer? 💡

  • How can we create an industry-leading outbound lead generation program to effectively target streaming channels and broadcasters?

  • What strategies can we implement to drive exceptional engagement and long-term partnerships with our channel partners?

  • Many of our partners are less technical than we are—how can we simplify and streamline their onboarding experience?

  • What systems can we build to ensure every streaming channel consistently licenses content on a regular basis?

  • How can we maintain proactive communication to avoid being caught off guard by announcements from our streaming channel partners?

What will I be doing? 🚀

  • Take ownership of the full sales lifecycle, from outbound prospecting to closing deals and ongoing account management.

  • Act as the Directly Responsible Individual DRI for your accounts, overseeing new licenses, contracting, client support, revenue collections, and more.

  • Leverage your experience with SMB-style sales and account management, working with a high volume of clients across varying deal sizes.

  • Manage and grow relationships with 50+ streaming channel partners, driving content licensing deals and maximizing sell-through for Filmhub films.

  • Continuously improve our sales and account management processes, creating better documentation and contributing to team efficiency and success.

  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout the sales process and account hygiene—you're the type of person who thrives on keeping everything organized and streamlined.

What skills do I need? 📖

  • Polished, personable, and a phenomenal communicator—you love connecting with people and navigating diverse cultures with ease.

  • Proven ability to build a book of business from high-volume inbound and outbound sources, with a target value of $1.5M–$2M within 12 months.

  • Strong follow-up skills and discipline, managing 50–100 outreach emails daily to drive opportunities forward.

  • Comfort with technical terms and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical counterparts, gaining their trust and respect.

  • Experience creating scalable systems with tools like Notion, Hubspot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Outreach, Yesware, Chili Piper, Zapier, Google Docs, Airtable, and similar platforms.

  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering product demonstrations and educational presentations to individuals and groups.

  • Willingness to travel and represent Filmhub at film markets, festivals, and other industry events.

  • Self-starter mentality with a focus on setting and achieving metrics to measure success.

  • Proficiency in Excel and strong data analysis skills.

  • SQL knowledge or a strong desire to learn it.
