Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with partner banks to identify training needs, develop standardized training curricula, and deliver the training programs.
  • Develop training courses for the bancassurance system.
  • Regularly organize internal sales training sessions at branch offices to enhance the sales capabilities of internal sales personnel.
  • Organize and manage daily morning and evening team meetings.
  • Plan and implement product marketing initiatives and related training programs.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and file management of entry-level new hires.
  • Support senior management in product planning and packaging, as well as the operation and management of digital platforms.
  • Fulfill additional tasks assigned by the Bancassurance Headquarters.
  • Complete other assignments delegated by the Multi-Channel Business Head.

Employment Requirements – Knowledge / Skills / Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (full-time); minimum of 3 years of training experience in the insurance industry or a related field.
  • Prior experience in bank-related training is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially skilled in Excel and creating professional presentation slides.
  • Strong ability to deliver training sessions and develop high-quality course materials and lesson plans.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills; detail-oriented, efficient, responsible, positive-minded, eager to learn, highly engaged, and able to communicate and express ideas effectively.
  • Basic English reading and writing proficiency.

  • Achievement rate against annual APE (Annualized Premium Equivalent) targets.
  • Design and development of critical training courses.
  • Development and enhancement of salesforce capabilities.
