Role Overview:

Prepare and deliver insights and recommendations based on analyses. Interpret data based on specific knowledge of statistics and procedures used. Provide data to stakeholder to support decision making. Provide input on forecast based on knowledge of services and technology. Provide stakeholders with specialized information from a variety of resources. Facilitate problem-solving sessions with multiple groups of people. Synthesize findings and derive conclusions from analyses and make oral/written recommendations to upper management. Execute tasks related to core operations projects and/or process improvements. Execute data to day processes related to their areas of responsibility. Communicate issues and roadblocks related to their areas of responsibility.

About Role:

• Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track key metrics and trends

• Support Product Managers to launch new offerings. Define pricing and implementation workflow for the new product. Take the decisions through a governance process. 

• Lead implementation by providing guidance to the team developing various internal systems, deals desk, finance, and accounting.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders on various sales and marketing initiatives and drive decision making by providing insights and recommendations. Solicit inputs and share updates on new product launches. 

• Provide discounting and pricing guidance to Sales and Deal Desk teams on key deals

• Build new and advanced data analysis using Looker studio and dashboards

• Focusing on metrics and KPIs to measure the product performance, cost, efficiency and workforce utilization.

• Create new metrics and measurement methods and maintain existing ones, evaluate critical performance indicators and through deep data analysis and insights. 

• Support responsible budget management by owing tools and process that give functional leaders clarity over their spend and encourage cost optimizations. 

        About you:

• 7+ Years in Knowledge of various Sales and Financial metrics such as Discounting, Average Selling Price, Renewal Rates, Annualized Recurring Revenue, Retention Rates, Pipeline, etc.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive strategic decision-making

• Demonstrated business acumen and ability to build business cases, communicate effectively with presentations and write-ups, influence others, and measure success.

• Good understanding of the Quote to Cash process and ability to influence each step of the process as per requirement.

• Strong communication and presentation skills to collaborate with various technical as well as non technical stakeholders.

• Strong skills to create dashboards, reports and trending within a data warehouse tool such as Looker or PowerBI

• Work in an individual contributor role.
