What would you do? This role requires a strong techno-functional profile with hands-on leadership in AI/GenAI architectures, and proven domain knowledge in Finance & Accounting (F&A), Human Resources (HR), and Insurance verticals. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade, AI-enabled, multi-tenant platforms and agentic solutions that drive digital transformation at scale.
What are we looking for? We are looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Architect with over 18 years of industry experience and deep expertise in designing scalable, secure, and intelligent enterprise solutions. Core Technical Skills: • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP • Backend: Java, .NET, Python, Node.js • Architecture: Microservices, RESTful APIs, Kubernetes, Event-driven design • Data: RDBMS, NoSQL, ETL pipelines, Data Lakes, Streaming • DevOps & Infra: CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Docker AI & GenAI Expertise: • LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini), Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning • Frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel • Architecting RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone) • Experience with intelligent agents and agentic system design • AI Ops and lifecycle tools: MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI • Model governance, bias detection, and compliance standards in AI Functional & Domain Knowledge: • Finance & Accounting (F&A): o Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), financial planning, reconciliation automation • Human Resources (HR): o Core HR, talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, payroll, employee self-service, and HCM integration • Insurance: o Policy administration, claims processing, underwriting, risk assessment, customer servicing platforms • Ability to map business workflows to technical components and drive intelligent automation acr
Roles and Responsibilities: •• Lead the design of end-to-end enterprise architecture with integrated AI/GenAI capabilities • Translate functional business processes from domains like F&A, HR, and Insurance into intelligent technical solutions • Architect scalable agentic workflows to enable automation and self-service across operations • Collaborate with business, functional, and engineering teams to align technology strategies with domain-specific goals • Ensure compliance, scalability, and performance across AI-driven systems • Guide engineering teams through implementation, code reviews, and architectural best practices • Mentor architects and developers, and provide governance over technology standards • Contribute to solutioning, RFP responses, and estimation in pre-sales activities
