The Opportunity

General Sales & Marketing work focuses on a combination of general sales and marketing work including: Face-to-face and/or remote sales to new or existing customers. Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services and/or solutions. Planning, developing, and delivering the marketing strategy for products/services and associated brand(s). Evaluating, measuring, and managing the product/brand P&L (e.g., budgeting, expenditures, profitability, return-on-investment, etc.) Incumbents in this specialization may also provide customer service and support in the form of information on product/price and resolution to issues related to billing, shipping, delivery, complaints, etc. Incumbents matching to this specialization are compensated based on achievement of sales targets.

How you will made an impact

  • Owning and driving the business development of GIS / Hybrid / Dead Tank Breaker (DTB) from India factory into South & Central America Market, in addition to the standard LTB/DS/IT portfolio.

  • Actively coordinating with respective factory sales support managers in India and Market Managers in LATAM to drive the targeted growth in the South & Central American Region.

  • Ensuring the coordination with the various front-end sales (FES) team and respective country Market manager to promote India Factory portfolio in South & Central America Region.

  • Responsible for SFDC data quality for the pipeline of GIS / Hybrid / DTB from of Excel-basedAn understanding of the Spanish / Portuguese language is preferable.organizationsa a Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines., the India factory in this region.

  • Analyze various customer specification and accordingly own and drive suitable modification in the Qualification requirements and specification to position Hitachi Energy India competitively.Owning and driving the business development of GIS / Hybrid / Dead Tank Breaker (DTB) from the India factory into the South & Central America Market, in addition to the standard LTB/DS/IT portfolio.will you make, including information on products and pricing and resolution of,,

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Engineering (electrical) degree or recognized equivalent. Specialization in marketing will be plus.

  • Min 10 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing & 2 years’ experience in managing team.

  • Knowledge of GIS / Hybrid Switchgear / DTB in addition to LTB / Instrument Transformers / DSsconnectors.

  • Ability to work with multi-cultural organization and drive the targeted results.

  • English Language Intermediate/ Portuguese language is preferable.

  • Deep knowledge and understanding to the electrical engineering industry.Excel-based. An understanding of the Spanish / Portuguese language is preferable. Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. The
