WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

In this position, you will get to:

  • Preparation, verification or approval of welding documentation for the project being carried out.
  • Performing tasks within the scope of welding supervision obligations resulting from the in-house competence matrix
  • Maintaining welding documentation (post-construction documentation, welding logs, welders' registers, supervision of welders' qualifications) on the assigned section based on the established scope of duties, quality control procedures and instructions, established requirements and applicable regulations.
  • Maintaining documentation related to the control of welded joints, documenting conducted acceptances and inspections in accordance with established procedures.
  • Completing and verifying welding quality documentation (acceptance) of works carried out on the assigned section. Transferring documentation in accordance with adopted procedures.
  • Control of the correctness of execution of welded joints.
  • Supervision of welding equipment.
  • Communication with the client in the scope of welding issues.
  • Be the point person for obtaining all required product certifications for nVent products
  • Use your knowledge and experience as a member of dynamic cross-functional project teams
  • Ensure nVent products continue to meet and exceed certification performance and construction requirements

You have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other relevant field & International Welding Engineer (IWE) diploma
  • Minimum 2-5 Years Industry/Business experience in similar role.
  • Familiarity with Global Hazardous area certifications such as Class & Division, AEx, ATEX and IECEx is a plus.
  • Experience in process improvement through implementation of Digital Solutions
  • Excellent verbal, writing and negotiation skills
  • Languages: fluent Polish & English
  • Record of ability to collaborate across all functions of the business
