Position Summary

Working mode: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
Location: Postępu 14, Warsaw

Join us as a local nERP/SAP expert and play a pivotal role in shaping our subsidiary's nERP strategy.

Role and Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as the local representative for nERP, collaborating with Samsung HQ (Suwon) and the European office.

  • Analyze local business needs and align them with global processes, identifying necessary workarounds.

  • Write and review business requirements for system changes and enhancements.

  • Approve and coordinate local system changes, setups, and customizations.

  • Serve as the local representative for external projects in logistics and supply chain management that integrate with nERP.

  • Create and maintain manuals, training materials, and guidelines for end users.

  • Ensure local processes comply with global standards, policies, and best practices.

  • Identify and promote innovations in finance, logistics, and supply chain areas using nERP functionalities.

  • Challenge the status quo across the organization to optimize processes, reduce costs or time, or address non-compliant processes.

  • Serve as the MIS lead for nERP.

Skills and Qualifications

Required Competences:

  • Proven experience with SAP/nERP systems, particularly in logistics, supply chain, or finance modules.

  • Strong ability to understand both technical requirements and business processes.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage interactions with Suwon HQ, Europe Office, local, and external stakeholders.

  • Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and process alignment; working knowledge of BPMN and UML notation.

  • Working knowledge of XML and EDIFACT standards, as well as basic SQL and API protocols for reading/writing technical documentation.

  • Analytical mindset with a proven ability to optimize processes.

  • Strong writing skills for guidelines, process documentation, and training materials.

  • A proactive approach to innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Good working-level English proficiency.
