We are searching for a results-oriented, growth-focused Partner Success Manager to join our Partnerships team at Sophia. The right person for this role will bring a POV on how to build new relationships and expand current relationships to hit penetration goals. This role would manage both employer and university partners, helping to build best practices in outreach and communications to support retention and growth. A portion of the role will also include supporting the Sales team with outreach and participating in solutions alignment calls with prospective universities and/or employers.

This role will be the day-to-day lead for many partnerships, responsible for understanding and offering solutions to partner’s business objectives to help them to achieve their goals.

Their goals will include partner retention and growth in addition to sales outreach metrics. A candidate will be successful in this role if they are proactive, an innovative problem solver, and are continuously seeking opportunities to provide value to our partners through data and insights.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships directly with university and business accounts to drive engagement.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Other:

  • Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant.

  • Must be able to use various productivity tools and systems.
