WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will work in a cross-functional agile environment that spans across EMEA and services the Nike Direct Stores Marketplace Supply Chain needs. You will partner closely with Allocation, Sales, Merchandising, Planning and Finance. Besides, you will daily connect with your stores, partners, carrier network and Nike’s logistical functions.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

•    Obsess Nike Direct Stores Supply Chain KPI’s on a daily basis and execute order management actions to plan and deliver product to the Nike Direct Partner Stores across EMEA.
•    Responsible for accurate and timely product flow in collaboration with our Planning, Distribution, Transportation and stores teams
•    Lead KPI root cause analysis and share weekly, monthly and quarterly performance updates to Partners, Supply Chain and ND Stores leadership
•    Identify and create business cases for improvements towards KPI’s using descriptive and predictive analytics
•    Represent Supply Chain in X-functional forums to ensure a balanced marketplace, mutual profitable growth and influence mechanics of inventory management through regular interaction with internal and external partners sharing scenarios and solutions to risks/opportunities
•    Bring an improvement and innovation mindset to lead and participate in medium to large sized cross-functional projects
•    Change agent for transformational initiatives through hands on contribution, quantitative and qualitative feedback to enable continuous improvement
 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    Relevant, confirmed and proven experience within Supply Chain management and/or direct to consumer planning functions. Showcasing consistent improvement, increased responsibility and scope through that period with a consumer-centric and innovative approach
•    Ability to drive service and make the right decisions with regards to prioritization and critical issues
•    Strong communication skills, ability to clearly communicate and influence various levels within a matrix structure both internally and externally. Ability to drive clarity to audiences not always familiar with subject matter
•    Innovative mentality and proven track record in leading and delivering process improvement
•    Relationship management and influencing skills to develop excellent working relationships to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive a best-in-class customer service.
•    Strong analytical and scenario planning skills which support a result driven approach delivering operational excellence. Extensive (Excel) experience in data crunching, identify trends, translating data into business decisions for your own scope
•    Experience leading and being accountable for medium to large sized cross-functional projects from start to finish to drive best-in-class operational excellence. Through developing excellent working relationships with key partners/ collaborators and bringing the right teams together
•    Self-starter/ability to work efficiently both in groups and independently 
•    Digital literacy: e.g. MS office, advanced Excel. SAP, Cognos, and Tableau is a plus
