Your Impact

The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations is responsible for overseeing and optimizing marketing operations to ensure the efficient execution of marketing strategies and initiatives. They manage marketing technology and automation platforms, implement processes and workflows, and analyze marketing performance data to drive operational excellence and support the achievement of marketing objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Marketing Technology Management: Manages and optimizes marketing technology stack, including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and other marketing-related software. Evaluates and implements new marketing technologies to enhance marketing operations and improve efficiency. Provides training and support to the marketing team on the effective use of marketing tools and systems. Works closely with IT teams to ensure proper implementation, integration, and utilization of marketing technology
  • Process and Workflow Optimization: Develops and implements standardized marketing processes and workflows to streamline operations and increase productivity. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing operations with other departments, such as sales and IT. Continuously assesses and improves marketing processes to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collects, analyzes, and interprets marketing performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. Partners with BI team to develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against marketing goals. Collaborates with the analytics team to implement data-driven decision-making processes and develop predictive models to support marketing initiatives. Helps the marketing team establish measurable and relevant KPIs for strategic initiatives and tactical plans.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or Computer Science
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing automation and demand generation.
  • Proven experience with Pardot or other marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo,, Eloqua).
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or equivalent platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in process optimization, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience in a managerial or leadership role within marketing operations
  • Experience in B2B, technology-focused, or related industries.
  • Experience and familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
  • Strong understanding of lead management processes, including lead scoring, nurturing, and segmentation.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
    Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
