Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve ensuring the successful execution of programs and projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of programs and projects. - Monitor and control service level agreements to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the successful delivery of programs and projects. - Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. - Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders. - Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure the successful completion of tasks. - Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards. - Additional responsibility: Mentor and train junior professionals in project management best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Consumer Goods and Services. - Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Desk Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
