UnspecifiedDevelop and maintain quality systems, control plans, and inspection methods to ensure compliance of aerospace components and assemblies.
Lead product and process quality activities, including risk management using core tools (PFMEA, MSA, Process Flow, Control Plans, PPAP).
Define and execute validation and test strategies in collaboration with design engineering to ensure product reliability and performance.
Drive root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and escape management for internal and customer-reported issues.
Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and contractual requirements, including change management and work transfers.
Implement engineering changes and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process capability.
Act as a key quality representative within cross-functional aerospace programs.
Promote a proactive, zero-defect culture and continuous improvement mindset.
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, or related).
5+ years of experience in quality engineering within aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of aerospace quality standards and core quality tools (PFMEA, MSA, PPAP, etc.).
Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.
Proficient Conversational and written English required, needs to be able to efficiently communicate with corporate leaders both in person and in reports/via email.
Experience with aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100, NADCAP).
Background in inspection technologies, advanced quality planning, and continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).
