The annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,500.00 in our lowest geographic market to $222,900.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

We’re looking for a seasoned User Experience Designer to join our digital team.

The UX Designer is responsible for the design, and execution of opt-in/login systems, templates and features, across multiple phases of our CRM acquisition and service digital product lifecycle.

We’re seeking an innovative problem solver, a collaborative team player, and a skilled designer who can handle multiple projects of differing size and scope. You are driven by curiosity and passionate about user-centered experience design and able to handle both high-level vision and detail-focused execution.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

UX Design:

  • 6+ years of experience with building strategic design solutions and decisions to evolve the overall user experience guided by UX methodologies and strategy preferred
  • Anticipate user driven problems and solutions on a global level while working closely with and across teams of engineers, product managers, strategists and fellow creatives to deliver exceptional, core e-commerce solutions to support Wester Europe, North America and Greater China business priorities.
  • Drive strategic design decisions that creates operational efficiencies, internal and end-user problem solving, and purposeful design that will drive change and support e-commerce solutions.
  • Produce high quality user experience design through hybrid wireframe and visual designs, strong articulation of project objectives and brief, strategy, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with team members on user research, customer testing, and iterative feedback loops.
  • Rapidly plan and assess project objectives and business impact
  • Partner with internal brand design teams on the creation of new storytelling experiences.
  • Partner closely with geo-based business teams to understand and address market-specific needs and opportunities around the globe.
  • Proactively develop, manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and cross-functional team members.
  • Identify, prioritize and implement journey improvements to support the customer shopping experience through our global e-commerce funnel

Requirements for the position include:

  • In-depth understanding of Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A portfolio of work showcasing how brand, business and consumer strategies work together to create great digital experiences preferred
  • Proven record of shipping quality products
  • A conceptual thinker and master of user experience with the ability to produce exceptional design work.
  • Demonstration insight-based work
  • Experience with web-based usability testing tools.
  • Extensive background leading collaboration sessions with various types of experts and those with differing levels of exposure to UX working methodologies.
  • Understanding of underlying technology is necessary. You don't have to be a developer, but you understand what makes things work.
  • Outstanding team player and positive attitude. 
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability. 
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and process excellence.
