As an HR Service Delivery Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading HR Help team and overseeing the full scope of HR Services
• Collaborating with Global/Area Process Leaders and the Global/Area HR and Payroll organizations
• Ensuring the quality and timeliness of processes performed by the organization
• Handling service escalations and resolving complex issues
• Monitoring and reporting operational results
• Identifying and coordinating process improvements

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in HR or Shared Services Organization and proven previous team management experience
• Change management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Knowledge of the Workday system

Job specifics:

• Location: Wrocław, MidPoint 71, Powstańców Śląskich 9

• Work Your Way: Hybrid – minimum 2 days per week/ 8 days per month in office
