Job Responsibilities:

• Engineering changes leadership: Study and execute design changes

• Manage Plastic, Metal, Electrical & Thermoforming system development on new vehicle projects                                            

• Lead cost reduction activity with suppliers                                            

• Lead quality improvement activity by warranty data analysis, studying and analyzing customer incident parts                                            

• QCT (Quality, Cost and Time) management on current and new projects

Education

Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Automotive or alike)

Years of Experience:

Minimum  4 year of experience in Engineering Design of Plastic/ Metal parts

Required knowledge:

Desirable basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (Plastic injection, Thermoforming, Painting, Chroming, Stamping,  etc.)

Design in automotive industry.

Language:

English- TOEIC 600 score or more

Computer skills:

• CAD software skills (NX & Team Center desirable)
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

Competences:

• Leadership to coordinate, facilitate and participate in collaborative approach to the completion of task and projects
• Project management of resources, activities, risks and quality controls
• High sense of urgency and ownership

• Ability to communicate in English in written and verbal way.
