职位介绍

• 作为上海迪士尼乐园健康项目的关键技术资源支持。这个角色也需要提供日常指导, 领导监督, 反馈和开发健康团队的开发、实现和维护的关键健康项目指定的业务。这个角色需要使用良好的技术判断执行，以及 领导他人识别、评估、分析和解决上海迪士尼乐园广泛的多元化的健康问题。

工作内容:

• 参加3个医务室的日常运作，负责医疗药品、器械、耗材的维护和采购
• 参加乐园在应急/突发状态下的医疗响应
• 负责员工的医学咨询及应急响应
• 协助第三方医疗团队为员工及游客提供急救服务和应急响应，包括紧急转运的准备和管理
• 以尽可能及时的方式前往需要紧急医疗服务的地点。还可包括从现场到最近的医疗支持机构的前往方式或移交到下一个医疗转运团队。
• 协助健康服务经理制定SHDR提供游客急救服务的范围，流程和方法; 健康服务指南/ 标准操作规程
• 确保更新医疗应急响应计划； 并在应急响应时执行相关程序
• 协助参与CPR + AED培训项目, 为ERT工作人员和急救人员提供急救培训
• 每月检查和维护AED和急救箱
• 定期进行医务室检查
• 培训和指导新员工
• 发起，领导和监控工作改善项目
• 监测中国现行的公共卫生问题，并与现场领导合作，以减少SHDR游客的风险
• 由健康服务经理分配或运营需要的其他任务

我们希望您：

• 大专或以上学历（护理，急救医学）
• 良好的医疗应急反应能力，非常熟悉BLS，ITLS，PEARS或相关急救支持技术。
• 5年以上的相关工作经验，有急诊室，救护车或其他院前医疗工作经验的优先。
• 流利的口语和书面英语
• 熟悉使用办公软件
• 强大的人际交往能力和高度的积极性
• 热情，开朗，有团队精神，客户服务意识
• 可以在压力下独立工作.

Job Summary:

• Serve as the key technical resource and are responsible for the development, implementation support and sustainment of key health programs of Shanghai Disney Resort. This role is required provide the day-to-day direction, leadership oversight, feedback and development to the health team in the development, implementation and sustainment of key health programs for their designated business. This role is required to use sound technical judgment to perform and lead others in the identification, assessment, analysis and solving of a broad spectrum of health issues across a diverse group of Shanghai Disney Resort.

• Able to work under pressure and independently.

What You’ll Do:

• Participate on the daily operation of 3 First Aid Stations， responsible for the maintenance and procurement of medication, equipment and consumables

• Participate in medical response when emergencies/urgent situations happened in SHDR.

• Responsible for cast members' medical consultation and emergency response

• Support to third party medical team to provide first aid and medical response to Cast Member and Guest, which includes the preparation and management of emergency evacuations

• To travel to locations where emergency medical services are required in as timely a manner as possible. This travel may also include travel from site to nearest approved medical support facilities or handover to next medical evacuation team.

• Assist health service manager to establish scope, protocol and approach to providing Guest first aid at SHDR; health services guidelines/SOP

• Ensure that the medical emergency response plans are updated and follow existing procedures on emergency response.

• Participate CPR+AED training program; provide first aid training for ERT staff and first aider.

• Inspect and maintain AED, and First Aid Kit resort wide on a monthly basis.

• Conduct regular clinic self-check

• Mentor and guide newer staff

• Initiate, lead and monitor work improvement program

• Monitor ongoing emerging public health issues in China and work with site leadership to mitigate exposures to guests at SHDR

• Other task assigned by health service manager or deemed by operation.

What To Bring:

• College diploma or above (Nursing, Emergency medicine)

• Strong capability of medical emergency response, very familiar with BLS, ITLS, PEARS or equivalent.

• More than 5 years working experience, Emergency Room, Ambulance or other pre-hospital setting experience are preferred.

• Fluent in both spoken and written English

• Be familiar with office software

• Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of motivation

• Full passion, open, teamwork spirit, customer services sense

• Able to work under pressure and independently.
